Thanks to Robert Barber, Julian's son, there's a video from a WTOP-TV evening newscast with Julian Barber that ends with a "kicker" feature which was a trademark of Julian's newscasts. Barber was one of the pioneers of the "close with a kicker" school of TV news. And, he was one of the best.
