On second thought, maybe it is. Whatever it is, it was also the official WTOP-TV (and radio) truck (and station wagon) in 1955.
I got this picture from a booklet Royce Fish brought along to Thurmont and Tom Buckley subsequently copied for the computer, of an RCA promotional publication in 1955 showing off their equipment in the newly constructed BROADCAST HOUSE in Washington, DC.
There are some great old pictures in it.
