I had lunch with two of my favorite WMAL legends of yore; Jim Evans (pictured in the middle between Shephard left and Mayhugh right) and Bill Mayhugh. What a hoot!
They haven't lost a step! Jim has lived in Fredericksburg for a number of years now, and that's why Bill and I ventured down the beautiful, peaceful, and scenic I-95 (NOT) to meet Jim at "the finest Chinese restaurant in the World."
He was right about that! I never saw a grander selection of food...all laid out in buffet style (with seconds and thirds encouraged) !
The only thing better than the food, was the companionship of two of the greatest personalities ever to grace the Washington radio scene!
