Those of us who were around when Dave first came to TOP always knew that the young whippersnapper (thank you Gabby Hayes) was destined to do great things! Especially after he married the beautiful and dynamic Barbara Jack.
I remember shortly before he died, Jamie Bragg (one of my heros in this business) told me how proud he was of the fact that he had outlasted (at that time) 18 news directors.
Dave has topped Jamie's record!
